How long until my order arrives?

It depends what you bought. Our signature tarot decks ship from our own studio: most packs leave within 2–4 business days, then carrier time is usually 3–7 business days in the US and 7–14+ internationally. Items fulfilled by our print partner usually show a production window (often 2–7 business days) before the carrier scan—any product that works that way will be labeled in the description.

Where do you ship from?

In-house deck orders ship from the address on your tracking email. Items fulfilled by our print partner may route from a regional hub (US, EU, UK, AU, and others) so transit stays as short as possible for apparel and small gifts.

Do you offer free shipping?

Accepted Answer

Free shipping on posters & t-shirts when you order 70€ worth or more. Tarot decks ship separately with studio rates and do not count toward this offer. Signature decks are priced with studio/flat rates at checkout. Rates and duties depend on the carrier and your country; the summary step shows the numbers before you pay.

How can I track my order?

You'll get emails for confirmation and, when the label is created, a tracking link. For studio decks, tracking is attached as soon as the parcel leaves our table.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If the label is not created yet, contact us through the Contact page and include your order number. Once the carrier has accepted the package, we cannot redirect it—support can walk you through the next best option.

What is your return policy on decks?

Accepted Answer

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on opened tarot decks. If a deck arrives damaged, with manufacturing flaws, or not as described, contact us through the Contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll repair or replace when it makes sense, or refund if it doesn't.

How do I return a defective item?

Use the Contact form with your order number and photos. If we approve a return, we will send instructions and a return address. You may be responsible for return shipping unless the fault is on our side.

When will I receive a refund or replacement?

After we confirm the issue, replacements usually ship within a week; refunds to your original payment method typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

How should I care for the cards?

Wash your hands before long readings, keep food and drink off the table, and store the deck in its box when you are done. A soft cloth and gentle edges beat harsh cleaners.

What is the difference between The New Voice Tarot and New Choice Tarot de Marseille?

The New Voice Tarot is a contemporary, fashion-inspired, explicitly queer- and LGBTQ+–friendly 78-card deck rooted in Rider–Waite–Smith–style scenes. New Choice Tarot de Marseille (third edition) follows the Tarot de Marseille line—roughly 70×120mm cards, gilding, 80-page booklet, classical minors with Rosario’s modern edge. Both ship from us in 78-card boxed sets. Who ships the tarot decks?

Both signature decks are packed and sent from our studio. Other catalog items may follow a separate partner-fulfillment path; each product page and your cart summary explain which applies.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods that Stripe makes available in your region. We do not see your full card number on our servers.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Card processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We only store what we need to fulfill your order and support you afterward.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account, when you choose to use one, helps with order history and saved addresses if we enable those features in your region.
